The following terms and conditions govern your use of www.sparkle.life (hereinafter referred to as “Site”) owned by Sparkle Eco Innovations Pvt.Ltd (hereinafter referred to as “we”, “us” or “our”).

Terms of Sale

This Site offers for sale, period care and personal care products such as maxi pads, ultra-thin pads, maxi pad combos, ultra-thin pad combos, and panty liners (hereinafter referred to as “Products”). By accessing the Site or purchasing the Products, you agree to the terms and conditions set forth herein in these Terms of Use.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

Prices of our products/services/subscriptions are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product/service/subscription (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of any product/service/subscription.

We also reserve the right, with or without notice, to reduce the quantity of any product/service/subscription to be provided to you, at our sole discretion.

Warnings for Sparkle Bamboo Maxi and Ultra-Thin Pads

1. Change your pad every 4-6 hours, even on low flow and light spotting days.

2. If you require Extra Overnight or Extra Extra Large pads to manage extremely heavy flow or post-pregnancy flow, Sparkle Maxi/Ultra-Thin bamboo sanitary pads may not be the best suited for your flow.

3. If you experience any discomfort or irritation while using our pads, kindly discontinue usage. If irritation persists, consult a doctor or a medical expert at the earliest.

Warnings for Sparkle Bamboo Panty Liners

1. One Sparkle panty liner should not be used for more than 4-6 hours.

2. Do not use the liner to manage period flow or spotting. Use our Bamboo Maxi Pads or Bamboo Ultra Thin Pads instead.

3. If you experience any discomfort or irritation while using a liner, kindly discontinue usage. If irritation persists, consult a doctor or a medical expert at the earliest.

Intellectual Property Rights

All material on the Site, including text, images, designs, and names, is protected by copyright, trademarks and other intellectual property rights. You agree that all the materials are for your personal, non-commercial use only.

Use of Site

You agree not to misuse the Site for any illegal purpose. You agree not to damage the Site and use it for fraudulent or unlawful activity. You agree not to copy, reproduce, publish, or distribute any material of the Site. We do not warrant that the Product description or the contents of the Site are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.

The Products available on the Site are for your personal and/or professional use only. The Products, or samples thereof, which you may receive from us, shall not be sold or resold for any commercial purposes.

You should carefully read the individual terms and conditions for the Products. You should always seek the advice of your physician, doctor, or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding your personal health or a medical condition, including diagnosis and treatment for your specific medical needs. You should never disregard or delay seeking professional medical advice due to information you have obtained from the Site.

Notwithstanding your registration with the National Do Not Call Registry (In the Fully or Partly blocked category under the National Customer Preference Register set up under Telecom Regulatory Authority of India), you hereby express your interest and accord your wilful consent to receive communication (including commercial communication) in relation to us. Additional Terms for Sparkle’s Chat Section

You understand and agree that your use of Sparkle’s Chat Section is governed by and subject to Sparkle’s general terms of use, available on terms of use, as well as the following terms and conditions.

All questions and information shared by you in Sparkle’s Chat Section shall be collected, processed and stored in accordance with Sparkle’s privacy policy available on the privacy policy. The data shared by you may be retained by Sparkle, to the extent permissible by law, for research and analytics purposes in accordance with the applicable data protection and privacy laws.

Any advice, recommendation, and/or materials that are provided to you through  Sparkle’s Chat Section are for educational and informational purposes only. No information or advice provided through  Sparkle’s Chat Section shall be considered as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and you should not solely rely on such information. Please consult your doctor or qualified healthcare professional for any advice on a medical treatment or diagnosis.

Disclaimer of Warranty / Limitation of Liabilities

We and our affiliates will not directly contact you via phone calls, SMS, email or any other form of communication to disclose or verify any of your personal information such as address, email, passwords, Aadhar/PAN card numbers, bank account details and other financial information and/or any other sensitive personal information and we and our affiliates will not be liable to you for any loss or damages arising out of or relating to the above. We and our affiliates may, however, reach out to you in the event of inadequate or insufficient information provided on the Site with respect to your order details, and you may, at your discretion, provide such information if you deem it appropriate. We and our affiliates will not induce you to engage in any lottery, rewards, lucky draws, etc. If you have ever responded to any such fraudulent communication, please report the same to our customer support team at care@sparkle.life.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold us harmless and our respective affiliates, officers, directors, governing board members, employees, and agents from and against any third-party claims arising out of your use or any way related to your use of the Site, including any liabilities, damages, expenses, including litigation costs and attorneys’ fees.

Termination

The obligations and liabilities of the parties incurred before the termination date shall survive the termination of these terms and conditions for all purposes.

These Terms of Use are effective unless and until terminated by either you or us. You may terminate these Terms of Service at any time by notifying us that you no longer wish to use the Site, or when you cease using our site.

If in our sole judgment you fail, or we suspect that you have failed, to comply with any term or provision of these Terms of Use, we may terminate the same at any time without notice and you will remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination; and/or accordingly may deny you access to the Website (or any part thereof).

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Surat.

Severability

The provisions contained in these Terms of Use are enforceable independently of each other. If any provision is determined by the competent court to be unenforceable, the other provisions will continue in effect.

Changes to Terms of Use

These Terms of Use are effective as of November 14th, 2025 and will come into effect except with respect to any changes in its provisions in future. The changes to the provisions of these Terms of Use will come into effect immediately after being posted on this Site. We may change our Terms of Use from time to time. If we do, we will abide by these Terms of Use on our website, which will bind to you as and when updated.

Your continued use of the Service after we post any modifications to the Terms of Use on the Site will constitute your acknowledgement of the modifications and your consent to abide and be bound by the modified Terms of Use.
