Return Policy
Your personal well-being is of utmost importance to us, and we strive to maintain high standards of hygiene. Due to the intimate nature of Sparkle’s menstrual/personal hygiene products, once delivered, all products are non-returnable.
However, in the unlikely event of damaged, defective or different/wrong items delivered to you, please write to us at care@sparkle.life with the details and supporting image(s)/video(s).
We consider all such cases individually.
Upon receipt of the grievance, we will conduct a full and thorough examination and notify you within a reasonable time. Please note that we accept order-related concerns (i.e, damage, defective, different product(s)) only up to 7 days from the date of delivery.
Cancellation Policy
Once a Sparkle order is placed, it can be cancelled as long as the order has not been handed over to our delivery partner.
While orders take about a day to be dispatched, we recommend that order cancellation requests be shared within 90 minutes of order confirmation. Upon cancellation of prepaid orders, a refund of the order amount will be initiated in 24-48 hours and credited to the source account in another 7-10 working days.
